Terms & Conditions
-Terms of service and prices are subject to change at any time-Artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason-Payment through PayPal only-Payment is due up front or after a sketch preview has been sent-All prices are in USD, buyer is responsible for currency conversion if applicable-Do not send payment until the order is accepted-No slot reserves, money should be ready at the time an order is placed-No refunds once the sketch has been sent and approved; if the work cannot be completed then a refund will be issued in accordance to how much work has been completed at that point-The artist retains full rights to the art and may use it as examples and/or post it to social media accounts-Buyer may not use commissioned art commercially, for profit, or for advertising. Buyer may not claim art as their own, or remove artist signature in any way-Visual, unshaded references must be provided, work will not be done off description alone-All backgrounds are transparent unless the buyer pays for otherwise-Prices may change based on the complexity of the character. This goes both ways; a simplistic character may cost less while a character with a complex design may cost more-All art will be watermarked/signed. This is not open to negotiation.-Buyer is expected to credit back to the artist when posting to another site. Buyer can link any of the artist's social media account pages as credit.
